Do I No Longer Live?
Galatians 2:20
“I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me…”
There are moments in life when we grow tired of being who we are. Tired of repeating the same mistakes, carrying the same struggles, and feeling that, even when our circumstances change, something inside remains the same.
This verse speaks of a radical change: it is not about improving a little or behaving better for a while. It is about dying to one way of living… in order to begin an entirely new one.
For those who believe, it means allowing Christ to live within us, guiding our thoughts, decisions, and purpose. But even for those who do not believe, there is a profound truth here: we all need an “inner reset.” Because no matter how much we move forward on the outside, if what is within us does not change, sooner or later we return to the same place.
The Christian faith offers something different from self-help: it is not merely about personal effort, but about allowing God to transform from within what we cannot change on our own.
What part of your life do you feel is not changing, no matter how hard you try?
What if change does not begin with doing more… but with surrendering and allowing something greater to work in you?
Sometimes, the true beginning is not when you become stronger, but when you recognize that you need help.
Today may be a good day to start again.
